Sure everything is done

We have described a number of standard type swivel castors, which have proven themselves in a wide range of applications. The load capacity of a swivel fork here depends on the following factors:

Speed: calculated at 4 km/h
Diameter: the lager the diameter, the higher the load capacity
Environment: depends on temperature and humidity
Construction: type of swivel head, thickness of the fork legs

Zinc coated steel forks

1. Light Industrial JP - BP

Light industrial use up 250 kg, deep drawn zinc plated sheet steel. Swivel head with double ball raceway.
Operating temperature from –25°C to +80°C with a plastic swivel head seal.

2. Medium Industrial JT - BT

Medium industrial use up to 500 kg, deep drawn zinc coated sheet steel. Swivel head with double ball raceway. Operating temperature from –25°C to +80°C with a plastic swivel head seal.

3. Intensive Use JS – JB

Intensive industrial use up to 1000 kg, deep drawn zinc plated sheet steel. Swivel head with ball bearing and grease nipple. Operating temperature from –25°C to +80°C, temperatures possible from –60°C to +300°C.

4. Heavy Duty JF – BF

Heavy industrial loads up to 2.300 kg, welded steel forks. Forged steel swivel head with tempered ball raceway and  with grease nipple. Operating temperature from –25°C to +80°C.

Stainless steel castors

5. Light Industrial JX - BX
